about the author

A devoted reader and passionate writer, Samuel Peckham had always dreamt of sharing the stories he created and has now achieved that with his debut novella, Apocalypsis. At twenty-five years old, he seeks a long and successful career in literature with so much to offer. Dark plots, mysterious characters and shocking twists, usually including some philosophical views and theories, is where Samuel feels most natural when he holds a pen. He describes his work as “romantic punk-noir”. He also loves movies, music, football and tattoos.

This is just the way life is now.As they plan escapes between themselves, hide secrets from one another, avoid trust and friendships, commit acts of betrayal and deceit, and share their theories on the war and the new world, they are suspicious of each individual and fear there may be a spy among them who is communicating with the guards.Who will be forced to trust whom in order to get their freedom?
